The port of Bari, in its basin of about 285 hectares, includes:

• docks equipped for any type of commercial traffic (solid and liquid bulk, containers, packaged goods, steel products, forest products, etc.);
• ocks serving ro-ro ferries;
• docks at the service of the stable for horses and cattle in both import and export;
• docks equipped for the marketing and processing of Atlantic fishery;
• docks for cruise ships and related systems for cruise passengers.

In the immediate neighbourhoods there are storing refrigerators for frozen products and frozen foods and a wide area to be used for containers storage, repairs, filling / emptying, etc.
